GoodPosted on Dheeraj JadhavTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. had a recent experience at Noble Hospital, Hadapsar (Pune) and overall the treatment and care were good. The doctors were knowledgeable and handled the case professionally. Areas for improvement: Waiting time for updates and reports can be reduced, especially in emergency or ICU cases. Parking and visitor management can be improved, as it gets crowded during peak hours.Posted on deepak bhagwatTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Very Good servicePosted on Fraison FrancisTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a deeply disappointing and concerning experience at Noble Hospital, Causality Emergency department, regarding my wifeβs emergency visit. We arrived around 12:30 AM on 14/02/2026 as she was suffering from severe stomach pain and constant vomiting tendency. Initially, the staff suspected food poisoning and ordered an ultrasound (USG). However, the experience with the scanning doctor was unacceptable. After performing the scan, the doctor literally admitted he was "clueless" and could not identify any issue. Instead of seeking a second opinion from a senior on-call or providing a clear path forward, he simply told us to repeat the same scan tomorrow morning and consult a "main doctor." It is baffling that a major hospitalβs emergency department employs staff who cannot interpret a basic scan during critical hours. Asking a patient in pain to wait until the next morning and pay for the same procedure twice is a blatant lack of ethics and competence. We eventually had to leave and seek consultation at another hospital. If you are facing an emergency, I would suggest looking elsewhere; the lack of expertise here is a serious risk to patient safety.Posted on Pmandwade MandwadeTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I am extremely disappointed with the condition and response at Noble Hospital Hadapsar Pune emergency ward. We arrived at 22:50 hrs with an 11-year-old child in need of emergency care, but even after 40 minutes, no doctor has attended or monitored the patient. This is highly concerning. If the hospital is unable to handle emergency cases in a timely manner, the functioning of the emergency ward needs serious review. Immediate attention and action are expected.Posted on R. When some1 walks into opd & then once opd consultation charges are paid, patient can come back with reports next day or within 15 days to show it to the doctor and no follow up charges are taken. This happens in all hospitals in mumbai and rest of the other hospitals I have been in south india. But Noble hospital charges for follow up consultation every single time. Not sure if all other hospitals in pune do this. This is looting. I went to Opd, registration charges and 1st consultation charges are taken. I see doctor, he prescribes some test and medecine. I get the test done and when I come back next day, again I have to pay follow up charges. Then doctor will again prescribes medecine based on findings, then ask to come back after a week & then u pay again. In mumbai this would have been covered in 1opd charge within 15 days. Here, u have to pay 3 times. Some ppl may argue that cost of opd in mumbai is more, but if you calculate the cost occured in Noble hospital, u end up paying way more. I have also observed other unnecessary charges. Lab and scan charges are more than what I would have paid in mumbai. Treatment provided by the hospital seems ok but the cost is not justified at all.Posted on Swapnil ShindeTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
